In my review of the popular Renegade Diet, I mentioned that I’m drawn to straight shooters.
Well, today I’m going to review a product from another; Leigh Peele.
Leigh is one of the rare individuals in the fitness and nutrition world that seeks the truth, and will never bullshit about any topic or attempt to mislead someone to make some quick cash. She’s not afraid to speak up when she feels a certain way about any subject, which is a trait that’s extremely admirable, and we desperately need more like her in the industry.
If you want to read more about Leigh Peele, you can check out the excellent about page on her blog here.
In relation to some of the more popular fat loss products, Leigh’s Fat Loss Troubleshoot somewhat flies under the radar, undeservedly so.
The book is comprehensive and straightforward, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a head start on the goal of losing fat and looking awesome.
Let’s get to the Fat Loss Troubleshoot review.

Fat Loss Troubleshoot Review – A Brief Overview
Right away, the book promises the truth. Leigh makes it clear that the information in the book is not filler nonsense, it’s not a gimmick, it’s not made for her to make a quick buck; she is genuinely looking to provide the most evidence-based information available.
This is definitely a breath of fresh air.
Moving on to the nitty-gritty, Leigh gets to the basic fundamentals underlying every successful dieting protocol, and gives you a great base of information to start.
After the basics, Leigh begins to get into the specifics behind what makes a solid diet work, and the whys behind it.
I don’t want to get into too much detail, as it wouldn’t be fair to Leigh, but the book is extremely comprehensive and easy to digest, which makes it very actionable and a solid fit for anyone who has struggled with fat loss in the past and is looking for a fresh start.
Talk about a brief overview! Let’s get to my likes and dislikes.
What I Like About the Product
1. As I emphasized earlier, the book is comprehensive. No fat loss stone is left unturned, and I can almost guarantee that your questions regarding fat loss will be answered. It really is fool-proof.
2. Extremely easy to read. Leigh has a great writing style, with minimal fluff. There weren’t any sections attempting to fill some pages to make the book seem longer, it just gets straight to the content.
3. She addresses the combination of training and diet. This is something that many diet books leave out, which is a shame. In order to achieve sustainable fat loss, it’s preferable that you’re able to perform some sort of physical activity. The book lays out all of the popular training protocols in an easy to understand manner, so that you can decide which approach is best in your situation.
4. Leigh’s approach is flexible. Too many diets create extremely rigid protocols that may produce quick results, but won’t pan out in the long run. The Fat Loss Troubleshoot ensures that you’re in it for the long haul.
What Some May Not Like
Typically this section is for what I dislike about the product, but quite truthfully, I don’t have any gripes with The Fat Loss Troubleshoot. It’s comprehensive, scientifically sound, and fool-proof.
However, there might be some that dislike the premise behind the book. One of the main ideas of the product is to show that fat loss is a long term lifestyle change. If you’re not committed and are just looking for a quick fix, this book is not for you.
But if you want a long-term solution that is sustainable and will help you keep off the fat that you lose, The Fat Loss Troubleshoot is the way to go. Sure, you will see short-term results, but the ideas are more focused towards long-term progress.
This is not a crash-diet, and it doesn’t make any outlandish claims. It’s straight-forward, no nonsense, no bullshit, just facts and a sustainable approach to training and fat loss.
In closing, I just want to say that I highly recommend this program for anyone who’s having trouble losing fat, getting their nutrition in check, and/or dialing in the training side of fat loss.
If you have questions, this product really does contain your answers. If you’ve been drawn in by the snake-oil salesman and those promising quick results with claims that hold no weight, Leigh’s work will be a breath of fresh air.
No fluff. No outlandish claims. Just results.
